Back in February, my wife and I ran into a few issues with a car seat we had purchased. Savannah, the department lead, was quick to get back to us and helped resolve our problem in short order. She was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. This was by far the best customer experience I have ever had and because of Savannah, West Coast Kids now has a loyal customer.

I was on the search for the perfect car seat for my son and there is so many options! I felt overwhelmed at first looking online, so i emailed customer service and later that day, JJ reached out to me ! He called me directly so I didn't have to wait on hold and he took the time to explain the benefits of his favourite and 2nd favourite car seats. This made the buying experience so much easier and so much more FUN!! JJ was very knowledgeable about each of the different car seats that i asked him about and he was especially helpful in telling me about the safety features of each seat. I would definitely recommend talking to JJ about any questions you may have. I left the conversation excited to buy a new car seat for my son and feeling good about the decision of which one to buy.
