I went to Toys R us Pembina Plaza and I was greeted politely. The sales associate asked me if I needed assistance and she did an outstanding customer service providing detailed information about the car seat of my preference and even took the time to look into the inventory of the whole city! I was very satisfied because I needed this information in order to buy a car seat suitable for my special needs child that MPI could reimburse. Thank you so much Mary, It was a pleasure to meet you! Thank you Theresa as well as the kind staff that assisted me with my purchase and carrying it to my car! :)

I have had a very pleasent experience shopping at this location. I came in looking for a travel system for my grandkid and the baby associate at the desk was very helpfull. She walked me through the different types of strollers they carried and based on what I wanted showed me the displays. She was wonderfull and knowledgeable about the stroller we had selected. Its hard to find good customer service these days and I just want to to thank the young lady who had helped me choose the travel system. I will definitely be coming back to this loaction to purchase toys for my grandkids as they grow older.

If I could give zero Stars I would. It went into this Babies R Us last night at 7:45 knowing what I was getting then being treated very poorly by one of its employees. At 7:55 finally somebody walked over to help us i thought but they came to just let us know that they are closed and they will not help purchase new car seats for my child. So i took my business elsewhere. Now i will not go back to Plaza Babies R Us
