Bronuts & Coffee

I want to support this place but 90% of the time they don't have coffee made and when they do they add sugar to it when I clearly say "just milk". If someone is in front of you and orders an Americano, be prepared to wait 10 minutes until you can place your order. Decent donut place if you order through Skip or Doordash, not so much if you just want a coffee and donut to go. There will be 4 to 5 people running around, but customer service is abysmal. Extremely disappointed and I will be going anywhere else to get a coffee and pastry while in the exchange.

Donuts and drinks are very good.Ive been visiting this location since it originally opened. Its always busy here and the only feed back I have is that the last few times Ive visited , you are never greeted at the door and are ignored until your turn is up. (Which I know they are filling other orders) but at least saying hello welcome we will be right with you sort of thing goes along way. Ive also been coming back to the store many times to see if it was just a fluke but it happened each of the 7 visits I made.

Excellent service! Thanks so much to the staff who went over and above to box up, and add a little something extra (birthday banner on a stick), as a surprise for my friend's birthday on a Sunday morning! Also... DECAF espresso latte for those of us who are watching our caffeine intake!! Thank you!
