        Best Croissants. Wonderful bread. One of the most authentic small French bakery in Saint-Boniface. (Or even.. the most?) The owners are originally from France, the flour is imported from Europe and theyve got hundreds of imported French snacks. I also use their frozen pizza dough and its delicious.

        My husband used to come here and they had amazing croissants. Today we went and they were the worst croissants we have ever had. Dry and greasy, slightly burnt on the bottom. Just made incorrectly. Very disappointing potential a change in owners or baker?
