I have spent a lot of money here. Normally it's very good. Today, my Matcha was made with I kid you not, 60% ice. Yes, that's right, almost a $10 drink consisted of 60% ice. Simply unacceptable, and wrong. Not happy about this. I literally got a handful of sips out of this drink before it was pure ice.

this is the most authentic korean cafe in winnipeg. the soddeoksoddeok is delicious i could eat it every day (i wish i could). the only problem is that i dont live closer.

SO SLOW!!!!! I have nothing against their food and drink, but their service is extremely SLOW! I was the only one in line but waited 15 MINUTES to be served! They prioritize the skip drivers there were two that came in after me and were served before me. They apologized for the wait, but waiting 15 minutes when you are the only in store customer isnt right. I was thinking maybe for the inconvenience I would get a slight discount, but nope. It would be in their best interest if I hire more front of house staff. Other then their service their Emerald Lemonade was good, but they use no name products, so with that their drinks are extremely over priced for the quality of ingredients
