My friend ordered us two hot milk teas and they were room temperature. I asked for mine to be heated up. The staffperson poured my tea into a tray (which I doubt was clean given the weird black floaties in my drink afterwards- which I didn't touch) to microwave it (way too long). While I was waiting I saw them run out of black tea mid two drink order and go back to a customer asking them to pick another tea for the second drink... that she had already half filled with black tea. So that customer got a Frankenstein drink without knowing. Pretty sketchy overall.
