        I've been with RBC banking for decades now. I signed up as a kid. I love the professional service and dedication to helping others. The app has been useful for checking my services on the go, and I've been happy with my in-person service as well.

        I'm shocked at the very poor customer service. No two reps give you the same info, or seem to know the company's policies. I've wasted hours of time waiting on the phone to speak with someone, and the end result is I'm no further ahead. They want your money, but have no interest in customer service. I think it's time to switch back to a local credit union...where everyone knows your name. I'm done!
