CIBC Branch with ATM

I went into the CIBC branch located at 87-333 St Mary Avenue, Winnipeg, MB. I was met by a teller/clerk who was trying to help me pay of my fathers estate taxes for 2022-23. The teller was not able to help, so I asked if a manager was available to remedy the problem in a timely fashion. The manager, Katrusia MANNING, would not come talk to me and told the teller my only choice is to wait outside the bank for 30-45 minutes until she can talk to me. I explained the urgency of situation, but CIBC general manager refused to pay through their system. After 10 minutes of waiting, Katrusia MANNING, the General Manager for the bank location, finally came out of her meeting rather than explain the issue, she proceeded to yell at me in a heightened and obstructive tone for holding up the line. After that, she made a huge scene inside the bank and threaten me by calling security for wanting to deal with this matter in a timely fashion. This was a stressful situation for me, as Im dealing with my late fathers accounts and attempting to settle his financial affairs, which are not being accomplished due to the General Managers unwillingness to help. The general manager, Katrusia MANNING, hindered the Last Will and Testament of my Father, which has been probated through a court of law, and legal authority given to the executor to deal with financial affairs, no matter the amount! She put me in a stressful situation through her attitude and threats and I believe she is in serious violation of Manitoba estate laws. I immediately withdrew all estate funds from CIBC and will be dealing with another bank from here on out. This General Manager should not be working in a customer service capacity in any way, shape, or form. I'm completely and wholly disgusted by the actions of this CIBC branch. I do not need to be stressed out by an inexperienced manager. I will be seeking legal counsel for the events that transpired with the General Manager, Katrusia MANNING, and I will be making my story heard on every social media platform. CIBC should be ashamed of staff like MANNING.

All the past visits I can remember have been very rude. It's only through automation I don't have to ever go in. Avoid this branch at all costs.

They are so slow and lazy, I've tried going for a new card and they just denied me. I've been with this bank for a few years already. And they treat there customers like that.
