Shawn's warranty is a lie. Shower curb does not drain water because he did not slope it properly. It took him 2 months to come and look at it, he agreed it needed to be fixed. Months later, he's still too busy on another job. Funny because he wasn't at our project full days. Certainly he could swing by and finish the job properly. As part of his sales pitch he stated that he's not like so many other contractors, he takes pride in his work and won't attempt something that he can't do properly, but he didn't properly slope the curb. Water does not drain off. I don't think he ever intended to come back and fix this issue. In the meantime I looked into solid surface quartz thinking it would be easier to slope. Turns out it can be installed right over top of existing tile. Great news! Shawn doesn't need to remove and try to get proper slope on the tile, just come and remove the doors and then replace them after the stone company installs the quartz. NOPE, says Shawn. You've involved another company so your warranty is now void. Sooooo, I make it EASIER for you to honor your warranty, and you refuse to do the work. Okay, so compensate me (just what you would charge to remove/reinstall the shower door) so I can hire someone else to do your job. NOPE again. Class act Shawn.
