        The fans on the bed (bed3) were not working. I did not realize this until I was in the bed and the bed was on. I had to get out, get dressed and went out to the desk to tell the employee working my issue. She argued with me telling me those fans do not turn on until AFTER the bed is off as they are cool down fans. Lol. I utilize the fans every time I am in the bed to cool me down. Anyway. She transferred me to another bed but only set my timer for 3 minutes less than the 15 I wanted to make up for the time it took me to get out of the broken bed and get dressed!!! I couldnt believe it! I told her as I was leaving to make sure she tells clients the fans are broken and she again said I was wrong! That the foot fan isnt pushing air hard. I wasnt even referring to the foot fan I was referring to the cool down ( as she called them) fans. Unreal. Reviewers bed 3 has broken fans! And staff do NOT understand their beds and you will pay with your minutes! Service: Tanning
