UPDATE!!! The owner had reached out to me and was very nice and asked me to come back to sort it out. It was just a misunderstanding and I'm now blonde and ready to go! Thank you so much I really loved the service and can't wait to come back. I feel so welcomed and happy with my new hair and experience. Thank you 'Previously, I gave two stars because I had gone in for a full colour something new and exciting and I left with highlights on my brown hair. I have thick brown curly hair. And I've touched up the brown every few years but I wanted a big change. She had bleached sections and I assumed this was going to be done in batches. I wasn't sure. She asked where I wanted my new bangs and I pointed and she went a bit lower for bounce. She was really really nice and I put on a small smile in the mirror because I didn't want to be rude even though I didn't get what I thought. But she still spent almost three hours on me so I appreciate that. I made another appointment to go back. I do understand that going blonde from brunette is annoying and time consuming but she said it was fine so I had high expectations of the results. ' Thank you both so much for having me again. I went there for hair highlights. I know highlights is a color changing treatment but whenever i wash my hair with each wash the color is coming out from my hair which is not normal with highlights. I paid so much and I am so disappointed with the service.
