We went in twice. First time the gentleman was ok. We went to the sleep country on st James. The gentleman there( Brian) was super helpful and we bought a bed. Not sure we loved it so my wife went into the store here to look. When the woman found out it was bought elsewhere. Was super dismissive and rude. Not a great experience overall. I would not go in the store again

Make sure you get all documents for any return or cancelation, 14 days and only resolution is to dispute charge on your credit card.

Why buy your matress anywhere else? Because their customer service team is total garbage and rude. Picked up matress, called the store to report issue, then the 888 customer service team implied I was stupid because they wouldn't provide any documentation that I reported the issue. Returned the product same day. No point In doing business with such an amatuer customer service team, pray you don't have an issue and waste a boat load of time.
