Stephanie (sp?) was very nice. She helped us buy a bed and frame but refused to give us free pillows (because she wanted to keep her job...big deal, I don't care if she keeps her job. Yes I do, and that is why asked and she said no and that was that). But now, Ms Sleep Country Owner has to give Stephanie such a big bonus or free franchise, Stephanie will mail me free pillows causing me to buy a bigger home. I can't afford a bigger home...free trial pillows please....deeelitious!

Worst customer service ever. My mother specifically asked the sales rep if the mattress could be returned for cash back and the sale rep stated yes. My mom made sure of this several times before completing the order. When we she received the receipt she again asked can this be returned cash back and they said yes. We went back after one night sleep as the mattress was to soft and they said they could exchange for something the same price or higher but would not do cash back as the box was opened. The sales rep was rude and disrespectful and the regional manager was demeaning as she called me honey a few times on the phone as she tried to explain that they would not do a refund. When I asked who takes responsibility for what the salesman said to my mother she responded with they would never have said refund. The regional manager was insinuating that my mother was lying. Do not buy there as they are out to make a sale and will clearly lie to do so. I also asked, if they dont sell used items what do they do if you are exchanging the item for something different? What happens to the item I exchanged? They didnt answer. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
