Blinds Are Beautiful

I stopped by the store in December as I was trying to match the colour of the handles on our Hunter Douglas blinds. Barbara spent a lot of time with me looking at samples to find the right match. We previously worked with Blinds & Beautiful a few years back when we got new blinds installed in our house. That time our sales consultant was Debby. Both times the customer service we received was top notch. We are currently renovating our master bedroom and will be replacing the blinds in our bedroom when the renovation is complete. I will definitely be contacting Barbara when were ready for our new blinds.

Had a really bad experience here. Had really expensive blinds installed that were damaged. They refused to take responsibility and were aggressively rude in their response. Beware that they will not honor warranty here. EDIT: I should also note that there are no leaking windows in my home, contrary to the response below.
