It was over all a good experience the store was clean and a good selection of dresses the only problem I had was the lack of training associates have, yes she showed us lots of dresses but it wssmainly based off colour where I wish she would have recommended more styles to try on see which one was more flattering

Not wonderful in all honesty. Greated by Lexi who immediately felt a connection with, she started a good rapport just for Joanne to butt in and take over. Not impressed. Small selection of bridal gowns.

What happened to this place?!? In very bad need of updating, lacks bridal stock, no variety. Light fixtures are yellowing. Musty smell. This place used to be THE place to go and now its like walking into a time machine. New paint and new stock would go a long way.

Was shopping with my friend for her wedding dress, appointment was booked, we were running late so we called them. They were super friendly about this which was appreciated however, the overall experience was just a no. The associate helping us wasn't super out going or maybe was ready to go home? (We came around 4:10 and they closed at 5pm- we left at 4:40pm). She didn't really engage in conversation or ask anything about the bride and her wedding. The store seems fairly large but all the wedding dresses fell flat compared to everything we had seen today. They just were out dated and wayyy over priced. Most of the dresses felt like they were from the early 2000s and my friend said they felt the dirtiest to put on. We forced my friend to try on different dresses just to give the place a chance, but we went through everything and it was so hard to find any we were remotely excited about (we left pretty unsatisfied). I could not recommend this place.
