Ply Gem Canada

I purchased the entire window package for a build at the lake from a window dealer who convinced me that Ply Gem was the best option based on quality, warrantee and support. I can tell you that this is certainly not my experience. The window arrived in August of 2020 and immediately upon installation, the builder indicated that many of the windows had a curvature or bow in the frame from an issue in manufacturing (see picture). We immediately contacted Ply Gem (Cornerstone) and they had an email sent from the service provider...who said do to COVID we havd to try and fix the window ourselves. I had to pay my contractor for several hours of labor to work on the issue ...based on what they instructed - but it never resolved the issue. Needless to say, COVID restrictions have been over for some time and I have tried no less than 3 times since and even though they promise to come fix the issue they have never shown up. It is now coming up on 3 years and they still have never shown up. I have given up on trying and my only resort is to warn others so they can avoid the issues I have had to endure.

2 windows cracked panes under normal conditions - not covered under warranty. 2 windows with frames built the wrong size for the windows, had re-install 3/4 off square to make them work - not covered under warranty. Seems like it doesnt cover anything at all. Cheap windows, poor service. If your windows continue to perform this poorly, may need more people in your customer service department. Update: tech came and offered no advice. No warranty coverage. Draft coming again this winter despite re-installing. Seems pretty clear that the sashes are wrong size or warped so bad they cant seal! Contacted the email twice - no reply.

I was Coordinator for Brady Kornelsen project,been in construction for 46 years, this is the worst customer service I have seen from any window supplier. Could not with a clear conscience refer them to anybody. Now I sitting here waiting for a delivery

Ply Gem is horrible to deal with....ordered windows and it was quoted 9 weeks. They will now not be delivered up to the 20 week mark and Ply Gem said it may go past that. This inconvience is going to cost "me" thousands of dollars. And I can't get an answer from anybody
