        Horrible customer service. Cannot open a business account at the store, has to be done online only, which I did 2 weeks ago and still "under approval". Too bad for them, I have spent few thousands of dollars at their competitors.

        Terrible company. You must know exactly what you need and be very very specific or they'll give you the wrong grade or size and it's 100% on you. Staff takes 0 responsibility for their mistakes and you're the one who pays. We have an account and they're cheap but not worth the headaches from all the wrong orders.
