Grade "A" Millwork Ltd

I was going to leave a brief review expressing our dissatisfaction with services received and leave it at that. Given the reply below I felt the need to elaborate. Our build lasted over 2 years and it began in 2019 so no Covid excuse there. There were many challenges in our build none of which I feel Grade A are qualified to comment on. I will gladly discuss them with anyone interested in spending endless hours banging their heads against a wall . Regarding trades walking off and thousands of dollars of free changes - This is news to me. Again I dont know why they are commenting on this given they were not privy to any of the inner workings of our build, design, execution, etc. They claim they would have walked away at a loss. I only wish that were true . Would have been a blessing to work with another company They bring up my occupation as a Dentist and how I would treat a patient requesting an appointment. Well sorry to disappoint but if a long time patient of mine walked in needing treatment eg. broken tooth, damaged filling I would accommodate them without question. I would stay late, work through lunch, ask my associate for help , or bend over backwards to make sure I make it happen. I would probably throw the whitening in at no charge because unlike them I value my clients and their trust. Regarding my treatment of Grade A employees. I only ever spoke to Dan and one of his guys on site. Our conversations were always very brief and focused on stuff like : when are you going to finish item a or b , and oh is this door supposed to be crooked? Not sure what is so unacceptable about this. Once again i'm not sure how they became so knowledgeable about my private communication with other trades and my builder. Im gonna have to sweep my house for bugs I guess. Finally for anyone reading this, first of all kudos for the effort its a lot of reading. But in all seriousness just look at the tone of Grade A millworks reply. Does that seem like a company that values service or cares at all about feedback . In my opinion the answer is no, and thats unfortunate because ultimately all they had to do was write - call us we can resolve this because we want our clients happy and we believe in our work. Thats all it would have taken for me to just scrap this review, sadly that didn't happen. I just hope this review helps someone make the right choice.

Their workmanship is excellent. The installers did an excellent job, and dealing with their estimator was easy and informative. we are most pleased with the shelving and cabinetry they installed.
