        I needed a car on an urgent basis and Jessica (staff) was so helpful and made it possible for me to rent a car on a very short notice. I would highly recommend this company (especially the Pembina branch).

        Only good thing is cheap prices. Rented from them in December and they accidentally charged the deposit and whole amount on my credit card. Their policy is to send a cheque and they can't just put the money back on the card which is fine but after a month they still couldn't tell me when a cheque would be sent. Thought I'd give them another try and rented from them in March. This time, I paid for the rental on my debit when I returned the car and this time they accidentally charged an amount to my credit card of the person who rented before me. It's been 2 months and still no cheque. Even if their price is cheap, better just to pay a bit more somewhere else so you don't have to deal with the poor customer service and policy.
