Dollar Car Rental - Winnipeg International Airport

Got off the plane and went to pickup the mid sized suv that was prepaid through Economy Bookings. The nice gentleman at the desk told me they were out but gave me a free upgrade to a Standard SUV, a 2022 Ford Explorer fully loaded. I was told I was the first renter on this vehicle as it only had 45 kms on it. When I picked it up it was very clean and still had the new car smell. Upon return, the young man who met me at the airport when I dropped it off was also very pleasant to deal with. He said he hoped I had a good trip then checked the car over and said everything is all good and have a safe flight home. I have to say that I have never had a bad rental experience with Dollar and will continue to rent from them when I need a car. Thank you to all the staff at Dollar Rent A Car at the Winnipeg airport. Keep up the amazing work.

Perhaps we need to walk a mile in another's shoes before we judge " the rude old lady" ...she has been nothing but accomodating with me ...I use this location all the time and the staff is friendly, service minded and polite...even when the customer is forgetful and leaves personal belongings behind!! Rented a car online for immediate use. Went to the desk and they said it wouldnt be ready for 3 hours. Were SUPER rude about it too.
