Very quick service time, if Regent/Nairn location won't take in clothes, try this location, staff is very friendly and always up for conversation. Highly recommended!

It is a big and good store, everything is available in it, such as: clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, toys, etc., the prices are cheaper than other stores, it has branches all over the city and has a return policy.

Ive worked for Platos (different location) before so I kinda know what theyre looking for. I brought in multiple pairs of barely-worn levis, all bought within the last year. They bought a dress I got online 5 years ago, none of the levis or mens clothing I brought (also mint condition and bought within the last year, nice volcom button ups). I asked about the levis out of curiosity and she said theyre stepping away from skinny jeans. And like, I know, none of them were skinny jeans, they were wide-legged and bought in the last year. Newer labels, I know the label system too and yall usually dont buy old ones but did buy an old pair Ardene jeans. Saw lots of shein on the racks and gotta say Im disappointed. Kinda confusing. No issues with the staff- theyre fine, just gotta say the Platos system has gone downhill.

they dont offer good prices and the workers dont want to work. they give you the clothes without folding and they dont care about nothing
