        Just ridiculous and RUDE!! I'm grabbing my coffee in the drive through then trying to put my wallet away, all of that in the space of 5 seconds I've been told TWICE, "thank you BYE!". Calm the F. Down. Never felt so insulted. Worst customer service.

        They got my order wrong, I realized once I was home so I drove back. They laughed at me when I said I had to drive back to have it fixed saying it was my fault / my choice to waste my time and gas to get the correct order when I could've called. (Calling wouldn't have gotten me the correct order?)
