        Has to be the slowest Tims in the city. One girl was working the front till...huge lineup..the others were in the kitchen on their phones just chilling..

        Very disappointed with today's service. They are not paying attention. I initially waited for 15 mins and another round of 10 mins for them to prepare my order.

        I did originally leave a bad review. I am changing it now. It appears they have corrected their staffing issue. They seem much happier now and much less rude when I go in there. The items are never an issue now and I actually enjoy coming here over graham tims now. Hopefully it can continue this way.
