        Waited 10 minutes with 2 people in front of me both having already ordered while waiting for my order to be taken. while waiting another costumer lined up at the other till about 8 minutes into me waiting. When finally the staff noticed there were people waiting he went to the opposite till I was at and asked whos next. So I walked up and he said no and said the girl behind me was first yes technically in that till line but she just got there where I had been waiting at the other till (which I had witnessed them using prior) for much longer. What made me especially mad is that before the other girl showed up the man had made eye contact with me. I never ordered my food due to the ignorance of what customers were where and for how long. Not the first time Ive had issues with this location with previous times being denied service because they were closed when the mall was still open for an hour and without any signage specifying early close at the store front or online

        VERY DISSAPOINTED!!...got a coffee today and the creamer was not working again so the guy had to estimate and he tried but got it wrong so the coffee tasted just like a hot cream beverage....I am done with this place...I will be going to another Tims but not this place...This is my SECOND time this has happened and I wasted $2.05 poured down the sink AGAIN!!.......................................................................................................I got a small regular coffee...noticed that the cream dispenser was not being used for some reason...NOT good... and the server had a coffee cup with cream in it and was pouring the cream into my cup and was ESTIMATING the amount of cream....got home and it tasted terrible...more cream than coffee....way too much cream and I poured the coffee down the sink at home...I like a perfect coffee mix...what a waste of $1.66!...consistency in taste is what I want.....if I wanted coffee that tasted this bad I would make it myself...... normally this location is great but NOT today!....fix your cream dispenser....very disappointed :((
