Doctor is decent but the wait time is ridiculous, what is the point of having an appointment if you are seen 2 hours later. This has been the case each time I come to this clinic. Still waiting to be seen while writing this review

Every time I come here, it's an all-night wait, kinda like a hospital emergency room. I see people every time walkout and get frustrated waiting. They way over book. Lots of patients and only 1 doctor. The doctor is really good, but it how they run things and book that's the big issue for me. I also had some testing done. No one called me. If it weren't for over booking, I'd give it 4 stars because the doctor is good at what he does, and he's not out to gouge you out of money like some others. Update, since they moved to Marion. The service was much better, and answering the phone is much better. The doctor is very good and knowledgeable and very fair on price.

Dr Joundi is one the best dermatologist I have seen and I've seen a lot of dermatologist in Winnipeg. He's very kind, listen and answer your questions and he knows what he's doing. Just be prepare for the wait time , he's 1 Dr with a lot of patients

I'm not in the business a bad-mouthing doctors but I was made to wait 3 hours after my scheduled appointment time and then he did not listen to the history of my condition and prescribed me something I told him has not worked for me in the past. Then he told me to make another follow-up in 6 months. I fired him immediately.
