My psychiatrist of nine years, Dr. I J Kowalchuk, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, is holding a grudge because I sought a second opinion in October 2022, after he insisted on playing around with my lithium dosage, causing me to endure hypomanic episodes again, for the first time in almost 9 years.
My lithium level was normal. My kidney function is normal. I have labs done regularly. Why he insisted on having me reduce my dosage is beyond me. Why "fix" that which is not broken?

I am presently off all of my meds (horrible idea, I know!) and suffering hypomania.
He will not see me.
