I have been seeing Dr Lucas for over 5 years now and have always found this to be an excellent clinic. Helpful staff and compassionate doctors. I have also been twice to the walk-in clinic and found the other doctors to be excellent also.

Went into this clinic not having a mask and expecting for the clinic to provide one. They charged me ONE DOLLAR for 1 mask. I thought this was unacceptable seeing as I work at a hospital and they get us masks for free everyday. Seems theyre trying to make a profit..

At first, I was shocked to see previous reviews about how the phone wait time and general wait time is so long and/or they never pick up. It's true, unfortunately, which sucks because this used to be an amazing clinic (even back in June 2022...so this has gone downhill QUICK) I could call and be addressed relatively quickly. I understand they say they're busy, but I've been on the phone for 30 minutes and they're almost "closed"...which is ridiculous. They say "your call is very important to us"...but is it? Clearly not. Disappointed that I may have to find another walk-in clinic and establish a portfolio elsewhere as I have some important documents at this one, so this would be the easiest and closest to me. Disappointment. Also, what are these new, operating hours? They close before most people get off of work.

I went to the clinic today and i consult with doctor in room 12 c. I had really bad wound on my finger and was literally bleeding and instead of cleaning my wound, doctor asked me to clean and put bandage by urself. This is my worst experience. Doctor has zero knowledge. He was literally asking me what you want me to do? Will never go there again.

The wait was a longish (this was a Thursday morning), but the staff and Dr. Strank were professional and efficient. Dr. Strank listened well and effectively handled my case. Would use them again.
