Singh a Dr

If I could give no stars I would. This man is rude, and creepy, as a young woman, I felt incredibly uncomfortable with him. The receptionist was rude. Very unprofessional. Not clean. Don't ever go here.

We have been seeing Dr. Singh for all our eye needs over 20yrs! 1st let me stress there is absolutely an elevator for anyone who wants to use it, HANDICAPPED or not! Dr. Singh is without a doubt The VERY BEST at spot on eyeglass prescriptions! Can see clearly everytime! Dr. Singh is definitely old school, however he IS, THE VERY BEST at his job! Wouldn't want anyone else! As for the Dr's only staff member! She does her job impecably well! Agreed she's not the friendliest lady in the world, but she does her job well! She's NOT there to be YOUR friend! She has a job to do & she does it well! If you WANT A GREAT OPTHALMOLOGIST Dr. Armijit SINGH, 200 Goulet, in Winnipeg is the doctor for you!

The receptionist is so rude. All I wanted is to have my prescription faxed to Pearle Vision to get a new pair of glasses. The receptionist kept talking to me in a condescending way and told me they don't have my name on file. Then she said she found it but they couldn't fax. I asked her to give my phone number to the doctor to call me but I never received i call. Smh worst experience ever, I wouldn't be going back

Would give ZERO stars!!! Booked return appointment for my mom who has been in wheelchair since 2014 no independent ability. Mom has been seen by Dr.Singh last visit on record in her chart Nov. 2018 so I booked appointment Jan 2020.Scheduled transport and escort for this appointment. Mom gets there and was turned away. Receive call from mom's residential home that Dr.Singh didn't see mom because they do not have wheelchair access for anything. WHAT?! Call Dr.Singh office spoke with same person who scheduled the appointment...and ask why this occurred? you saw her Nov 2018?? Response-I don't know she probably could get out of chair then. I'm left speechless. I couldn't believe the lack of empathy and defensiveness of this person that is the frontline of the office. By dealing with this person it reflects Dr.Singh's office has no compassion or direction to help even to recommend a solution to what has occurred. The impression as a health care provider is they do not care- not anywhere I would ever recommend.
