Really bad experience, Im not sure why the women on reception for doctor Seama is so rude and miserable at her job, I just wanted to make an appointment and shes saying my SIN number its not valid in the Manitoba system?while I know thats not true and then tells me to call somewhere she doesnt have the number to like ? I am Changing doctors because I dont need to deal with this kind of job mediocrity with my doctor

We were referred to Dr. Michael Seaman by the Find a Doctor service for our 1yr old son. We missed our meet & greet appt because we had Covid (whole household). Totally forgot about it until 2 days after and called, realizing we were a no-show and were very apologetic. I was told to come in to fill out a new patient in-take form which would be reviewed by the doc. Never received a call back. Followed up and was told by the receptionist that the doctor would NOT be accepting us as patients because of the no-show in APRIL.... wow. FYI he is only physically in office 2 days a week and does the rest of his appts by phone. Good to know all this because this doctor is not a good fit for us (not the other way around).
