Saved my breastfeeding journey with my son. They were great and I have recommended them over and over to my friends.

Dr. Raimondi saw us after we were having problems with our new baby not being back to birth weight after 4 weeks (saw other nurses, lactation consultants and doctors before seeing Dr. Raimondi). Within 4 days, our baby put on 143g (~5oz) and got back up to birth weight. Our baby went from crying more than 50% of the time and not sleeping, to a normal amout of crying and sleeping well (he isn't uncomfortable all the time) Dr. Ramondi is incredible! She is very nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable.

Saved my breastfeeding relationship with my son when he was 2 months old. Fixed and coached me how to properly latch him, diagnosed tongue and lip tie, gentle, no pressure information about the release procedure (which we ultimately ended up going through with at the clinic). We were given an appointment within about a week for the procedure, which was quick and professional. Instructed on follow up care and stretches for my sons mouth and then given an appointment for follow up. Would not hesitate at all to go back if I have another child and will continually recommend my friends and family to their services. (I only wish I could have self-referred to get in a bit sooner - things a bit tricky with covid, needed a referral from family doctor). Endlessly grateful to this centre for the care provided.

My newborn baby didn't have a proper latch so breastfeeding was impossible. We bottle fed baby but the latch still wasn't correct and baby had a lot of milk dribbling down the chin when feeding. I knew something was off so started seeking help. We went to see the dentist at Children's Dental World and were advised baby had NO lip or tongue tie. We continued to struggle with feeding. Then the pediatrician referred us onto the Breastfeeding clinic. Took baby in to see Dr. Raimondi, she discovers a severe posterior tongue tie and a lip tie. Our baby had both ties released the next day. We are now working on improving his suck and hoping baby will start gaining weight like a champ. Big thank you to Dr. Raimondi! If you are experiencing any feeding issues with your baby go to the breastfeeding clinic, they are willing to help you.
