Their prices are like unacceptable.. they charged me $250 for just 15 clothes what the hell is this.. in $250, I can buy 10 new clothes.. Its ridiculous

0/10 do not recommend. They have taken 3 weeks with my jacket and communication is horrible. Was told it would be ready nov9 they said to come back the next day, I called prior to see if it was ready so I dont waste time and gas. It turns out they were trying to get ahold of me due to leather and higher cost which I said was ok but did not ask me when I was in the establishment the day prior but rather wait another day. I gave the ok nov 10 then they called me and left a VM it was ready on Nov16, I called nov17 to confirm if thats accurate and they actually have it. They mixed the jackets up or they forgot to inform the dry cleaning company they can proceed and they told me to wait another 2 weeks. Thats a total of a 5 week wait time due to miscommunication on their end and inability to communicate amongst co workers. They asked if I still want the jacket dry cleaned. If I have been waiting this long already, they should just get it over and done with. They have no sympathy nor even tried to apologize for the wait but rather say i wasnt here or that wasnt me. Go save your time and money and take your clothing elsewhere.
