I went for an interview and was told I was hired back in January. Was able to work immediately and had finished my level 1 apprentice. I sent all the paper work they needed for me to work but was told i would be contacted immediately. Was only given updates saying they would talk to me to get things to work. Never did. Was near to my end of my term for apprenticeship deadline for me to work. So i waited for them to get me to work, but the deadline had past, making me lose 4 years of work during high-school that got me the level 1 apprenticeship.

When I had new countertops installed, my old downdraft cooktop had to be disconnected and removed. I didn't do this ahead of time and was scrambling to find an electrician to come the same day. I probably called 14 different companies and Lightsmith was the only one who could send someone. The countertop installation was able to proceed, thanks to Rowell. I also needed a new subpanel installed because my new cooktop required more power than the old one. Rowell did that too, a week later. Thanks so much! Great experience with Lightsmith Electric. Employees were punctual, professional and worked efficiently. The two electricians who did the work were very precise and receptive to changes, no one likes clients who stick around and watch them work, but these guys were great about it.
