    Send airbag module august 2022. Airbag reset didn't reset no support, email, totaly scam.

    Sent an airbag module for reset on Dec 19. Returned with crash data still present on Dec 30. From what I see they appear to be a legitimate company and I imagine this is an accident. But follow up and support has been non existent. Called several times and left a voicemail starting Dec 30 till Jan 4 (during business days) and always straight to voicemail. Also sent an email on Jan 4. Finally they answered the phone on Jan 5 and asked me to email the code and they would follow up in 24 hours. Still no reply to my email or follow up phone call as of Jan 29. I have since purchased a used module which solved the code. But now I am out $100 on this service.

    They diagnosed all of the airbag related parts that I sent them for a Volkswagen Jetta that had numerous airbag related codes. They determined the module itself was faulty, and were able to source and test a new one for me that same day. I put everything back together and no more airbag light. Way cheaper than having a dealership troubleshoot the codes, and probably quicker too.

    SaSDC diagnosed and repaired a gremlin in my vehicle's electrical system in 1.5 hours. Was completely satisfied with the work and explanation of the problem provided to me by the tech Mark. Both he and Roman treated me exceptionally well, and the price for the diagnostics and repair was very reasonable. I would not hesitate to do business with these folks again and would recommend them to anyone looking to resolve a vehicle electrical problem. EDIT: So unfortunately had another (different) electrical gremlin find it's way into my vehicle so got in touch with Roman and arranged for diagnostics/repair. Obviously more people must be finding out about their services as it took several days before they could get my vehicle in. And while the problem was not simple to identify, which is understandable given all the electronics in vehicle nowadays, the guys did find it and were able to completely resolve the issue. Big shout out to Mark for his diagnosis and keeping me up to date as he worked to find the problem and then promptly fix it. Thanks again Roman and Mark!!!

    Amazing service and experience. I'd give 6 out of 5 stars if possible. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had with a business in years. I had a seatbelt from the driver's side of a Honda Odyssey that the webbing had been destroyed from years of wearing jackets with velcro catching on the seatbelt. The pre-paid shipping label worked well and got it there from Calgary within 2 business days. As soon as they received it, I got a confirmation email that they received it. Then 4 minutes later one that it was in progress. Around the same time, they phoned me to confirm the color as I wanted similar to the original and the one I picked online they told me would be darker. I asked them to pick the closest match and they let me know that they would but it may not be exact (when I got it, I couldn't tell the difference from the original seat belts so they picked well). 30 minutes later I got an email saying they were doing a quality check and 2 hours later an email saying it was shipped with a link to the tracking. I received it less than 2 days later. The quality of the workman was immaculate. It looked just like new. The installation went well and everything worked perfectly. All this for 1/4 of the price of a new seatbelt. What more could you ask for. Many thanks!
