Kind and informative. I had some concerns about my treadmill and Andrew made a few minor adjustments and walked me through the maintenance process so I will be able to maintain my machine moving forward.

I wish the prognosis was more to my favor but Andrew thoroughly inspected and diagnosed my treadmill as having 2 issues to fix. Once he found the first problem he didn't stop there and checked everything else to get me an accurate list of repairs. We will have to decide if we want to repair our treadmill but I would highly recommend Perpetual!

Andrew was great in helping me with my treadmill! He was thorough, showed me what the issues was, explained how to fix it - the service was great! I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others!

Andrew and son were called to fix my incline on treadmill. It has been 2.5 months and still not fixed. First ordered and installed new incline motor. Still didnt work. They then suggested ordering new control board. Well guess what. They forgot to order. Finally had to remind them. Then installed new board and still didnt work. Now they are dumbfounded and dont know the problem. So charged almost $800 for new parts and labour ( not sure old parts were broken), and still no incline. Stay away from these amateurs. I guess you get what you pay for.
