Service was informative without rushing. Very pleasant staff. No pressure. Even gave me a prescription for my allergy induced conjunctivitis WITH REFILLS! So happy with the service for my first time glasses

I made an appointment here for my daughter to have her eyes checked. We needed an appointment over Christmas break and this was one of the only places where we could get in at that time. We were waiting in the exam room and in walks what we can only assume was the doctor. She offered no introductions. For all we knew, it was the receptionist walking in. This did not impress me. My daughter wanted contacts so we made an appointment for a contact lens fitting and instructions at a cost of $60.00 (basically the cost of contact lenses). The person who offered the instruction could only tell my daughter what she was doing wrong and was not helpful at all. My daughter got better instructions from Youtube. Unfortunately on the second day of use, one of the contact lenses ripped and we required another one. I phoned them up and they said they would have some waiting for me. Great! I go to pick them up and I was asking the person there what are the numbers I require to order the contact lenses (I wanted to check out other places to see which place was cheapest and I am entitled to shop elsewhere). The woman said, oh just phone me and I know which ones to order. I asked her again which were the numbers I required to order the lenses and she completely shut down and would not offer any information! So I walked out. If she had offered up the information, I would have been more inclined to continue doing business with them, however, because she was extremely evasive, I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Not at all impressed with this place and I will definitely NOT be returning.
