        The front desk staff were the worst I have seen in some time. Not personable , barely eye contact , interacted with both Mona Lisa and Rhea and neither were happy to be at work. I felt like it was an inconvenience coming in to have my eye sight checked. Its sad that the first point of contact is negative because the rest of the visit was great but with a sour taste.

        Dr Aguayo has very kind and encouraging words to psyche you up. A very respectful and courteous doctor. Very knowledgeable!!!.Staff are very compassionate.,High recommendation!!

        The staff are very efficient, professional & friendly. I have to travel to Winnipeg for this appointment to the GEM Clinic. The clinic staff makes you comfortable the moment you enter the office. Dr. Aguayo is extremely thorough, takes the time to answer questions, explain everything & is very personable. I would highly recommend GEM Clinic.
