Met with therapist Maria and although I believe shes a nice person and has good intentions her approach did more harm than good, at least for me. I just wanted to talk things through but instead I felt pushed to take her advice. At the end, I left feeling very low and hopeless. But I guess what didnt work for me could work for someone else. One more thing, initially I wanted to see a therapist that uses CBT in their work, but its impossible to book an appointment with certain therapist. Not sure why they are even on the list if they have no availability at all. Sad.

I was skeptical about what more I could learn from therapy, and Im usually quite stubborn, but the tools my therapist, Sandra, taught me seriously helped me reframe a lot of things that were poisoning my mood. The connections she made between my current behaviour and my past experiences has had a profound effect on my life. I feel like I have the tools to tackle my struggles. My old therapists cost ~$120-$150 per hour but Sandra was only $95 (and shes the priciest of all the therapists there). I think therapy should be accessible and making it financially feasible is a huge plus. The reason I stopped therapy a while back was simply cause I could afford it, but thats no longer the case.

Do not recommend at all. I called and left messages 4 times in addition to 2 emails over the course of 4 weeks and nobody ever contacted me back. After someone finally answered the phone and I was able to book an appointment, I showed up to the appointment and couldnt get into the building. I received 3 reminder emails so I know that I arrived at the correct place on the date and time specified. I phoned the number indicated on the door to be let in 5 times and nobody answered. After waiting outside for 25 minutes I left. I dont understand how this business keeps going with this kind of treatment of their clients.

They're an embarrassment to the field of therapy. They Don't return calls, counselors are unreliable, unprofessional, cancel appointments and don't call back. Even the director is only worried about moving on to the next dollar signs. These are people who had chosen a career dedicated to helping people who are clearly unsatisfied with their work and only remaining there for the money. Don't put yourself through the grief of contacting them for help in addition to what you're already going through. It'll only make things worse for you and deduct time you could use productively for getting in touch with professional therapists who care about helping people. *post response update* now youre going to play the card that I was abusive to your team, I wasnt even able to SPEAK to anyone in your organization, nobody returns calls. For transparency sake you have my full consent to copy and paste our email communications to this google review if you feel that you were justified and professional in your response to the situation. Im honestly in disbelief, what a bold statement of you to make claiming I was abusive or disrespectful when you wouldnt even contact me to speak to me. Last I spoke to your receptionist yesterday I was perfectly respectful and she assured me Sandra (the director) was looking into my situation to see how she could help me. 2 hours later I have a receipt emailed to me for a refund on my payment and no further explanation
