This might be a long one. For over 5 years I've been looking for counselling/therapy, but when everyone claims to care and state how important mental health is, and then slap a price on it, that hurt quite alot. It was extremely nice to find an organization that does it for free, and you walk out, happier, and less stressed because you didn't need to pay to get the help you've been crying for. I had one session so far, and the experience I had, I honestly could not ask for better. I was listened to, I was heard, and most of all, I was able to talk, as myself and be understood, heard and more. Will definitely be back.

Brought my Dad for an appointment. First time being here, facility was clean, organized, and welcoming. You can tell it is a well run work environment and staff took time to make sure everyone was ok. Positive and respectful.

What a joke they send you through way to many portals on the phone idk where to even go.. I sent emails that are getting ignored.. just go to a private practice they won't even send the list they say they have.. why is it not on the website?
