HUGE buy 1 get 2 free sign at front. When we went in and picked out shirts the guy working (manager?) said sorry he was just taking those signs down. The signs were still up, was very strange. Not sure if it was something to do with us? Wouldnt go again.

Julianna.. who said she was a manager gave us the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. If it wasnt for the fact that my son loves zoo hoodies I would have walked out and NEVER stopped at West49 again. She did not approach us once to ask if we needed help and when I approached her about a size she said I am cleaning. I said ok..do you have this is a large. No.. at this point I was with my disabled son who it is hard enough to get him to try things on. She then comes up to me and says do you mind.. im cleaning and your being disrespectful by looking for sizes.. I was shocked and said. Pardon me.. you haven't once asked to help me. You stayed at the counter folding clothes while I tried to find sizes.. she then says you can leave the store if your going to be disrespectful. My husband spoke up in shock and said .. im sorry... what did you say. I asked her for the managers name she said.. im the manager... at this point i bought what my son had 2 hoodies 2 pairs of joggers .. i would of bought more but i was shaking with disbelief. I will be forwarding this to corporate office and want an apology for her actions. I even dif my best to refold the clothes as I went but I will NEVER go to this west 49 again. Polo park all the way from now on.
