Worst customer service ever. All the staff are busy on their phones that they dont have time to work and help people.

So worst customer service, i buy a watch for $560 , and its defeacted , they refuse me to not give a refund . Please highly recommend not to but from polo park mk , i beg to them please refund me , its my birthday on that , even i cried alot on day of birthday , she refused , even manager she said we cant do anything, please dont buy from mk .

Not very friendly . asked about totes she just said over there . I guess they prejudge here and only excited to help those that they think will spend . Two others were in the store getting extremely helpful customer service . I guess because I was getting a sale bag I dont qualify for that service .

Dont buy Michael Kors They make some of the worst products with worst leather. I have sent my wallet back to their warehouse in Montreal and its been more than a month. I have called multiple times but they just say that we are not able to locate your shipment and you will have to wait. Its already been a month. I am travelling soon and I dont know if they want me to shove my cards up my A. Very poor customer service. Worst experience. 3rd grade company.
