Today on Wednesday, I happen to drive through the order lane, which is a double order lane. The gal asked me to wait one moment, and that was perfectly OK. As the day was a rainy day with heavy rain, falling at approximately 2:48 PM, I had my window partially open to hear back when she was ready to take the order. The other lane was empty, and while I was waiting, another vehicle drove up and their order was taken first and then another order was taken so I phoned the store just to let them know that if theyre taking vehicles in order, it wasnt working with the gal that was taking the orders. Needless to say, I did not place an order at this store and probably wont for a long time as there are other options on Mcphillips. I phoned the manager and expressed my experience, and there was nothing more offered or intimated that they could do or would do in relation to at least making sure that orders are taken in the relevant order. Always a good time to second think whether I really want to order the same old same old from McDonalds.
