        I've been a member of shapes fitness club for many years. I like the staff & fitness classes. there isn't enough machines at this location, but they have many different fitness classes. they also have hot yoga classes at least couple of times a day. It is the comradery of the members & staff that makes Shapes different from other clubs. You always feel welcome & comfortable.

        The yoga instructor who teaches hot restorative yoga was amazing! I lm sorry I cant remember her name, but she was absolutely lovely. Perfect room temp for the class.
