An approachable and supportive environment for both group classes and one-on-one personal training. I would highly recommend checking it out if you're looking for opportunities to grow through physical exercise. I'm really glad I did.

Had a video workout with Brodin this evening. Even though there are parts of me not working right now, Brodin focuses on the parts that do and strengthens them. Brodin is always positive and uplifting that it makes oneself strive for perfection. I always feel better exercising after I'm done. If you're just starting out and need some help or a seasoned player, Brodin can tweek or nudge for a better result.

Brodin has been working with me for years, and there's a reason I keep coming back. He consistently delivers exceptional value, and a nurturing positive experience. I really appreciate that when I have mobility issues, Brodin puts in the time and does research so that I can continue to work without injury. As for the studio, Focal Fit provides an exceptional space to work on yourself (but I still miss the Pan Am weight hallway). Exercise equipment is high quality, very well taken care of, sanitized and stored neatly. In all my time working here I have never once felt awkward, out of place, unsafe, intimidated or afraid. Over the years I have referred my friends and family and they have all had excellent things to say. Keep up the great work Focal Fit!
