        A little disappointed with mothers day flowers that I bought online for my mom. I bought a double pop up bouquet through the website for delivery. I know the arrangement changes daily but the pictures from your social media pop up bouquet arrangements are very misleading. The double pop up arrangement my mom received had way more greens than flowers. It was definitely underwhelming when you compare it to the pop up bouquets that were posted online.

        My son has always bought me flowers from Academy Florist; theyve always been beautiful until I received a bouquet on a Friday and by Sunday, the beautiful roses started dying. I contacted Academy and there was no hesitation to replace the flowers to my liking. And the replacement bouquet remains beautiful 3 days later.

        The cashier was visibly upset I didn't tip $10 for putting a plant in a box. Easier to not return than to subsidize their employees
