I've used Top Hat Florist twice now. Both times the recipient was wowed with their gift of flowers. The selection and ease-of-use of the website were both excellent. Delivery was on-time and was even free. I love supporting local and will definitely use this florist again! Update: still five stars! I ordered an azalea plant for a friend. It was delivered on time, and the plant was absolutely full of blooms. It was absolutely gorgeous. The owner is so easy to work with and went above and beyond by sending me pictures of what I was considering to help me choose what to send. I'm currently working with him to put together another flower/plant order for another friend. Needless to say, Top Hat has become my go-to florist...top shelf!
