What a peaceful experience working with Lee at Branch and Pyre. From the moment he answered the phone I could tell he was a very compassionate person. Lee gently guided us through the process of cremation care of our mother. He reached out to us on a daily basis to see how we were doing. We called him many times on his cell, even with simple questions, and at no time did we feel we were interrupting him. He was always very attentive and kind. The online documents he provided to assist in the complete process was very helpful. Meeting Lee in person, when he delivered moms ashes to our home, was a pleasure.

I am grateful for the compassion and patience that Lee provided to me through this experience of losing my mom. It took some time for me to figure out exactly what I wanted to write for the obituary. Loss is hard especially when it is a close loved one. When my dad passed away he had already chosen a funeral home. I continued with his wishes but found it to be quite expensive. My mom had nothing prepared in advance thus my brother found Branch and Pyre. I wasn't sure how the experience would compare but I am very impressed with the professionalism and kindness that was extended to our family.

My wife's family was lucky enough to find Branch & Pyre for their grandmothers care. Lee provided an unmatched service throughout the entire two week process and showed unresolved kindness, compassion and understanding to the entire family during this difficult time. Lee was completely understanding of our families cultural practices and traditions when planning the service and cremation. We greatly appreciate all the effort you put towards making sure our loved one was taken care of with dignity and love. We highly highly recommended Lee for anyone going through a loved ones passing. He is a wonderful, thoughtful very experienced funeral director.
