Absolutely terrible front desk service. The guy there at around 510-530 was literally impolite, bad mannered, and super unprofessional. I hope no one else gets this kind of service and garbage attitude towards them as no one deserves that. On the bright side, gentlemen at door 2 who handed my mattress was great. We had a size problem for fitting in the vehicle and he was very polite and solved the issue very quick and was super easy to deal with. If management wants to contact me, I'd definitely be fine with that. Thanks.

Worst experience ever tried Cancel order a week before it arrived you only have 24-48 after purchase to cancel or re stocking fee 10% Imagine spending 5000 on couch and paying 500 if you try to cancel order week/s before getting It ! would give zero stars if I could

Take your garbage back to the store. Property management companies are not responsible to get rid of your giant boxes.
