Been coming here to get custom cuts of meet for 30 years. On Thursday I asked the meat counter to cut me a specific steak, the same Ive always asked for, and they refused. I could see the employee asking the butcher to cut it and he kept saying no. She asked me to come back in 3 days. Ha! No thank you. What a joke.

I phoned and asked if I could place my order otp ( $40 worth of Korean bbq ribs) because they only have their meat cutter available until 4pm and I get off work @430. My husband said he would go pick up the order when he gets off work around 4. I was then told to refer to the online ordering system which I did, but its saying sorry something is wrong on our end I called to let them know its not letting me place my order, but they still insisted I cant place an order otp. How else am i supposed to place my order if the system is not working AND they wont take it over the phone?

I usually come here for the frozen meat packages. So very convenient and great staff. Busy place but you move through the line quicker than you would expect. They have a good selection of groceries.
