        worst place ive ever been. stylist seemed to barely understand english. the receptionist both misspelled and mispronounced my name. shop is cramped. some of the hair washing stations are by the washing machine in the back. stylist did not listen to me and i cut the appointment short because the stylist had already messed up the back of my head, and i didn't want to let her have a go at the sides or my bangs. literally told her multiple times to stop cutting and she would not. still cost over forty bucks.
