A Disaster of Disregard: "Orange Room Services" As a frequent consumer of various products and services, I am appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by Orange Room Services. Their cavalier approach to customer satisfaction and property safety is a shocking disappointment, and I must share my unfortunate experience for the benefit of others. The initial appointment with their installer was a complete catastrophe. This person, whose job was to respect my space while carrying out their duties, failed to exercise care and caution, causing damage to my property. In an attempt to rectify this situation, I reached out to Orange Room Services' customer service. The interaction, or rather the lack thereof, can be best described as a chilling example of the "silent treatment." Despite sending several messages and emails, my pleas fell on deaf ears. The complete disregard for a customer's plea for justice and the failure to take responsibility for their installer's incompetence reflects poorly on Orange Room Services' commitment to its customers. The situation doesn't just highlight the company's lack of respect for personal property, but also indicates a clear negligence of the principles of basic customer service. To not receive any form of acknowledgment or response is inexcusable and makes me question their ethics and integrity as a service provider. I have been treated as if my concerns were negligible, and my property was disposable. This lack of accountability is not what I expect from any company, let alone one that provides room services. One would expect that a company called 'Orange Room Services' would value the space and properties they work within, but sadly, this is not the case. I am left disillusioned and deeply dissatisfied, with a bitter taste from this sour experience. Their mishandling of the situation has cost them my trust and, potentially, that of any future customers who read this review. Therefore, I implore anyone considering Orange Room Services to proceed with caution. My experience has taught me that they may not uphold the standards of care and professionalism that customers deserve.

Tried calling to get a quote for lumber numerous times. Spoke with three different people and no one could help nor tried very hard (it seemed like it on my end at least). Wasted about thirty minutes of my life. Wont be back anytime soon, thats for sure!
